Shipping and Returns


Mybabycart ships to almost all parts of India. Orders placed after 12:00PM IST on any day is processed next day. We ship 6 days a week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

Standard Shipping (3-10 days): This is the lowest shipping method and reaches almost all designations in 10 days maximum. A delivery to metros reaches as fast as 2-3 days approximately. If it is not a standard location then extra delivery charges will be applied. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.
The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description.

Our Shipping Providers :

First Flight: It is primarily used for Pre-paid orders from South of India. Any shipments shipped via First Flight are shipped via Air, so delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 days after item is shipped.

Delhivery: It is primarily used to ship COD orders weighing less than 3Kgs. All delhivery shipments are shipped via Air, so delivery time is expected to be 1-3 days after item is shipped.

Gati: It is primarily used for heavy weight shipments which weight more than 3 Kgs. All Gati Shipments are shipped via surface so delivery time is expected to be between 7-10 days.

• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 0801008008008010080080 or mail us at care at mybabycart dot com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• We may not able to ship the products to certain parts of West Bengal, North East and J&K. Please contact customer service before you order.

Tracking Packages : If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our deliver partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package.

If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account.

Non Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt 2 times before an item is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process.
Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us if you have any questions.

Returns Policy

We have a Safe Shoppers returns & exchange policies on most of the items sold on We will guide you through the process.

General Returns: We have ‘No Questions Asked’ 14 day, 100% acceptance policy on most NEW – UNOPENED items. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on these items. Please ensure that the items you want to return are in original condition (which means they are unused, unwashed, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the original product tags). The acceptance of the product is accessed by our inventory team. Food & Snacks may not be returned. 

Value of the order is refunded back as Store Credits or Gift certificate. Cash refunds is done via payment channel, i.e . refund is done via channel used to pay. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges: For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. 

Gift Returns: All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled before the shipping is made are eligible for 100% acceptance policy. If shipping is in progress, a 15% restocking fee may applicable. If the shipment had already reached the designation, the item should be returned in order to process cancellations & one way Shipping charges are paid by you.

Exception in Cancellations: Some items/orders marked as Non-Returns may not be returned. Example of a Non-return
